Zigurd Mednieks, ace telephony developer and co-author of Android Application Development, has posted new installation information for the 1.6 "Donut" Android SDK, as a PDF. Everything else in the book--the examples and the material about the actual use of the API--has been tested on this and other recent releases of the SDK and is still accurate.
