Over the past month I've made a few significant updates to my API for educating software project members.

The drive behind this API is described in the article Developing an improved online environment for educating computer users. In the newest version, I've tried to make search options more sophisticated by allowing client and server to exchange lists of suggested tags. In general, the new version tries to clarify search options and show more clearly how the server and client are expected to implement the educational environment.
