Antipodean Python: Wellington, NZ PUG

I recently moved down to Wellington, New Zealand, and was excited to learn that Python is very popular on this side of the world. A few of us on the NZPUG mailing list decided to arrange a meeting a local cafe to discuss organizing the first, we think at least, Python User Group meeting in Wellington, NZ.

After some drinks, food, and talking, a local open source software company, Catalyst, decided to host the meeting and organize the meetings. If you plan on being on this side of the world on January 8th, 2009, show up at Catalyst at 7PM and join in on the fun!
